Before you travel

How do I get there from the airport?

A 40-minute van from Phuket Airport, then our 25-minute speedboat — free when you book direct for 3+ nights. Timetable on “The island” page.

Do rates include breakfast and tax?

Yes — breakfast for two (four in the Family Beach House), VAT and service charge.

What are the deposit and cancellation terms?

30% deposit to confirm. Cancel 30+ days ahead: full refund; 14–29 days: 50%; under 14 days: none (advance-purchase rates are non-refundable).

Are children welcome?

Yes, in every villa except the Overwater Pavilions (16+). The Family Beach House has a fenced pool.

What if the sea is rough?

Transfers run almost every day of the year. If we must pause for safety, we rebook your boat or arrange a room near the pier.
