When to visit Phang Nga Bay — an honest answer

There's no single best time — it depends on what you want from the island.

November – April

Calm, clear water for snorkelling and boat days — but higher prices, so book months ahead, especially over New Year.

May – October

Rain usually comes in short afternoon bursts; the island is lush, quiet and cheaper — ideal if you'd rather rest at the villa than take a trip every day.
